On checking Google today, I found that there are now over 1 million results for the term ambatchdotcom seocontest, but very few article submissions
That's quite incredible really!
In just over one month since the contest started, there are THAT MANY results in Google.
But when you go digging... you get the killer message
"In order to show you the most relevant results, we have omitted some entries very similar to the 570 already displayed.
If you like, you can repeat the search with the omitted results included."
So only 570 of those 1,080,000 results are easily accessible.
Even more interesting... for the term
"ambatchdotcom seocontest site:goarticles.com"
to see how many articles have been submitted to a popular article site, there are only 15 results.
Similarly, for
"ambatchdotcom seocontest site:ezinearticles.com"
there are only 5 results.
What happened to article submission as a means to boost your rankings?
I don't think many of our SEO experts in the competition think it is of any value... or else they have just forgotten about it.
Why have I waited for so long before submitting articles to such places? Well - I wanted to get over my big boo-boo first and get back into the race so I could SEE what sort of difference such submissions make.
Expect a few more articles to appear at such places from yours truly over the next few weeks :)
